CARB Enforces Its Formaldehyde Rule

Since the widely publicized Lumber Liquidators case, CARB has levied fines against 15 companies, mostly importers, for violations of its regulations. While EPA and CARB formaldehyde emission limits are the same, other compliance provisions differ.
