Canada Issues Preliminary Determinations On Decorative Plywood From China

On August 24, the Canada Border Services Agency issued its preliminary determinations as part of the ongoing dumping and subsidy investigations into decorative plywood imported from China. As a result, more than 70% of imports of Chinese plywood are now subject to the 227.5% provisional duty.
