Bipartisan Interior & Environment Appropriations Bill Signed Into Law

In a win for our industry, the bipartisan legislation includes $15 million for the Community Wood Grant program, funds the Wood Innovation Grant program at $30 million, and includes a directive encouraging EPA, USDA, and DOE to recognize biomass energy as carbon neutral.
